Delivery Information
We aim to have orders to you by the next day
however in some cases we can subjected to delays beyond
our control. We do accept international orders, however
the delivery charge will be different. Please complete your
order as normal and you will be emailed your additional
delivery charges.
Online Security
All sensitive information such as credit card
numbers are taken on a secure server. You can verify this
by hovering your mouse over the little paddlelock on the
bottom right of the screen on the main payment page. Our
server and company (no-6.co.uk limited, the parent company)
have been verified and certified by Thawte. A Thawte verified
site means we are who we say we are and are certificate
is proof of this. To verify, click the Thawte logo on the
bottom left of the screen, under the navigation bar.
We process credit card transaction in real
time through a bank approved PSP (payment services provider)
and credit card numbers are not stored.
Returns Procedure
You have the full right to cancel your order
for any reason, providing it is not more than 7 days after
delivery. Goods must be returned to us in the correct packaging
and totally undamaged.
We cannot accept returns after this 7 day
period unless there is a genuine fault with the item. Again,
goods must be returned in the correct packaging and undamaged.
To issue a return, please do the following:

or 0845 6035429 stating your order number and that
you ordered from the Motiv8 web
site
You will then be issued with a returns number which you
will have to mark clearly on your packaging that you send
back.
We will refund you the full amount less the original delivery
charge.
